The MyODV Doctor app provides a convenient platform for US trained, board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to connect with patients across the United States and multiple international countries. Within the MyODV Doctor app, these healthcare professionals are collectively referred to as "providers."

Providers on the MyODV Doctor app offer consultation services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with each appointment slot lasting 20 minutes or less for straightforward medical encounters. They specialize in treating minor unexpected illnesses such as pediatric ear infections, coughs, sore throats, sinus infections, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, sexually transmitted diseases, rashes, mild asthma, and various non-emergency conditions.

It's important to note that pregnant women, infants under 6 months of age, or individuals with serious medical conditions are not eligible for consultation on the MyODV Doctor app. Examples of serious illnesses that fall outside the scope of the app's services include but are not limited to chest pain, loss of consciousness, trauma, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, psychiatric complaints, and drug addiction.

MyODV providers process prescription refills for patients' regular medications in 90-day supplies without additional refills. However, they do not prescribe any medications for pain management, anxiety disorders, sleep-related issues, or ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).
